Excavators in Tanzania

“This is not a dystopian plot, this is the world we live in” Plan to explore a new continent. Tanzania is one of the few open countries now with direct flights. People come here for the beaches of Zanzibar, Mount Kilimanjaro and safari. Finding a classy hotel in Zanzibar is not difficult, but even experienced travelers have questions about organizing a safari. We have already published a large text about the experience of preparing for a safari, and today with Maria Dar we have put together a whole guide to the national parks of Tanzania. We are sure that it will help to avoid many mistakes. Maria Dar landed at the southernmost point in the world - Cape Horn, saw an elephant and a rhino fighting, drove Chile from the very north to the south, lived in a motor home in Australia. For more than 10 years she has been organizing a wide variety of group trips - from bachelorette parties and gastro tours to extreme expeditions and survival trips. Safari is the observation  Excavators in Tanzania of animals in national parks. Wildlife is unpredictable and no one can guarantee how many and what kind of animals you will see. Therefore, lay on a safari the maximum number of days for you, so there will be more chances to see a pride of lions, herds of elephants, and cheetah hunting. For the first time, five to seven days is ideal. So you will understand if this type of trip suits you, you will see a variety of landscapes and animals, but you will not have time to get tired. It is worth remembering that a safari is not a cheap pleasure. In addition, this is also a physically tiring event: for several hours a day you will have to shake in the car on the road. You can go on a safari in many African countries from the Congo to Namibia, and each will have its own specifics. In East Africa, especially in Kenya and Tanzania, in contrast to South Africa, there are more animals, and landscapes are more diverse and larger. And compared to Namibia, Zambia, Zimbabwe and Botswana, this part has a more developed tourist infrastructure, which makes the overall cost of the trip more affordable. That is why Kenya and Tanzania are great options for the first time. At the same time, it is in Tanzania that you can visit more parks in one trip: the distances between them are minimal, and it is convenient to overcome them by land. In Kenya, journeys can take six to eight hours. There are several dozen national parks and reserves in Tanzania alone, they are scattered throughout the country - from west to east and from north to south. The southern Selous, Mikumi, Ruaha, Rungwa and others are less visited: the epidemiological situation is worse here, the infrastructure is not so developed and the distances between the parks are long. And the northern parks "Serengeti", "Ngorongoro", "Tarangiri", "Manyara", "Arusha" and "Kilimanjaro" join in convenient routes with crossings on the ground, there are many lodges for any budget and, importantly, the risk of infection is much lower malaria or yellow fever. We have compiled routes of different durations: Look for routes at the end of the article, and below we will briefly talk about the main features of the northern parks. One of the largest parks in Tanzania, famous for the great migration - the movement of huge, tens of thousands of heads, herds of wildebeests and zebras in search of water and food. Migration goes on all year round and looks incredible, so tourists from all over the world come to see it. The Serengeti is an endless savannah (the same views from The Lion King), thanks to which animals can be seen for many kilometers. https://jiji.co.tz/274-excavators
